First let’s start with definitions:
SEO:Search Engine Optimization, SFO: Search Friendly Optimization.
These two things are what most webmasters have trouble balancing. These things seem to always be on opposite ends. On one hand you have to make sure search engines can crawll your website without any problems. On the other you have to keep the site looking good to keep your visitors.
These are all based on what kind of site you plan on making. A corporate website selling shoes in the real world might focus on keeping the site looking good to visitors. And maybe pack it up with flash and all kinds of descriptive images. On the other side a site about online products, e-commerce, might cut back on the images and focus on seo. I will go into both of these just in case.
Let’s start with seo. The first thing you need if you choose seo is to meta tags. Now there many meta tags generators out there for a quicker way to make them. But I suggest like me you make them yourself according to the search engines you want your site to better perform at. In short you have to study those search engines and find out how they get their content and what meta tags they require or may find usefull. Mine is based on goole so check out the source of the blog and those are the tags that google uses. Also a site that may help you out with your seo is: http://sitesubmit.ca/ they require you to be a member to ue their tools but it’s worth plus it’s free. They have many seo tips and tools. In your reaserch of the search engine don’t forget ranking. Find out what they base their search results on and how they decide which results show up first when a user queries. Like google uses google googlerank and overall page rank. But you may hav eto increase your content on a subject in order to increase your keyword density and such.
Second sfo. SFO is fairly easy to accomplish once you have the right info. Like many sites they host regular polls and surveys about what users like and their personnal opinions. It’s an effective way of knowing your audience. Once you know most of your visitors like certain kinds of things you start providing them. Therefore pleasing your users and making a successful site. But never forget about the stalistics the users don’t need to tell you. Like what browsers usually visit your site and what operatinf systems they use. And as many webmasters know firefox and internet exploer(leading browsers) have different rendering engines. So find out which most of your users use and customize your site to it. Also if the stalistics show that they have just about equal users use what we a splash page. To allow the user to show which version of the site they want to view. Two versions of your site may be hard to keep up but remember it’s worth it. In one case one of my friends had to do four different versions. And keep them updated at the same time.
But also you may hav eto balance the two together if you want them both. Though it is hard it may be for the best.

No financial planner would ever recommend a mortgage refinance (one form of debt consolidation) to get out of credit card debt. It is substituting secured debt for unsecured debt and you could lose your home over a bunch of unsecured credit card debt if you get injured or can’t afford your new higher monthly payments.
Also, and these are verifiable published reports, 77% of all people who refinance their way out of credit card debt are right back at the same level of credit card debt 2.5 years later on average only now with less equity in their home. So it obviously isn’t fixing the problem.
why?
Because no behavior modification was needed. You made it too easy on them to just refinance out of cc debt. No financial planner will ever recommend that route.
In settlement though they have to go without using credit cards for 2 to 3 years and do go through behavior modication as does an alcoholic in rehab. Secondly, credit counseling entries on your credit report are as bad as bankruptcy entries
they will crash your FICO for 10 years and take you from a 700 FICO down to low 500’s literally overnight.
Debt settlement on the other hand is only a late pay on your credit report. Late pays bring down a 700+ FICO about 40-50 points, they bring down 600+ FICO’s about 30 points, and bring down 500+ FICOs about 10-20 points. But more importantly, the FICO goes back up more than the drop from late pays as we eliminate the debt so their debt to income ratio goes down to zero and their FICO is back up higher than it was before they joined a settlement program even with the late pays on there,
but we demand a withdrawal of the late pay entry as part of the negotiated settlement and get that 99% of the time.
Superior Debt Relief is the only debt settlement company that pays for three levels of credit restoration afterwards to bring the FICO up even higher.
Settlement is one of the methods used by mortgage consolidation people to get someone qualified into a home that was denied financing due to too high of a debt to income ratio.

A large part of Google’s multi-billion dollar annual turnover comes from its nifty AdSense advertising program. The software enables website owners to drop in a piece of code to their pages that then serves advertisements provided by Google.
How Does Google AdSense Work?
It all works dynamically and the adverts that are displayed based on the content of the page. So if a website owner places the Google AdSense code on a page about holidays then holiday ads are delivered onto the page automatically by Google.
Everybody wins because when people click on one of the ads - the advertiser gets a visitor, Google can charge a rate for the clickthrough and the website owner who is serving the ad gets a share of this revenue.
It’s been an excellent model for all parties concerned and especially as Google has enabled even small website owners to take part which means accumulatively Google’s advertising real estate is absolutely vast.
Is The Monopoly Over?
But there may be trouble ahead for Google as, according to sources at CNETNews, Yahoo! is planning a very similar service to challenge Google’s.
The two search giants have been up against each in the search advertising arena already but it is only now that Yahoo! seems poised to launch a monopoly-breaking attempt on Google’s AdSense program.
This is all great news for smaller website owners as it means the two search goliaths will be vying to provide the best service and offering the best rates to compete for the lucractive ad space.
When Should You Accept Advertising On Your Website?
Well it’s a difficult call. Do it too soon and you risk deterring visitors from staying on your website. Do it too late and you’ll find that when you DO finally implement it people might not have seen it coming and they may leave your site in droves!
The best policy to adopt is, just like Google, to focus on RELEVANCE. Don’t bombard your visitors with advertisements that are totally unrelated to their needs or interests or totally separate to the content you provide on your website.
And remember - often times it can be better to foster relationships and trust with your visitors with one eye on the longer term view rather than hit them with ads to make a small amount of cash in the short-term.

Probably not on its own, but its an excellent example of how
consumers can vote with their buying dollars to sway market
demand to bring more environmentally friendly products into the
marketplace.
Bamboo flooring is a rising trend in home flooring and a great
alternative to traditional hardwood floors. It is the most
environmentally friendly natural hardwood flooring alternative
you can select for your home, it is a renewable resource, is
stronger than steel, and has a greater resistance to expansion
and contraction problems associated with temperature and
humidity changes.
The bamboo grass is one of the fasted growing plants on the
planet, only takes 5 years to grow to maturity, and can provide
25 times the bio mass of a comparable stand of trees. Bamboo is
harvested every 5 years, and starts to re-grow immediately with
new shoots when harvested. Bamboo is also strong and has a
tensile strength exceeding mild steel. It can withstand up to
50,000 pounds of pressure per square inch versus some steels
50,000 psi ratings.
Bamboo flooring is also become a very trendy interior design
statement with its rich and beautiful golden earth tones. It is
important to shop around for a quality bamboo flooring product
that contains no formaldehydes in its binding compounds. Many
offshore brands use cheaper binding agents that may contain
formaldehydes, and this can cause indoor air pollution problems
down the road as all chemical compounds will slowly release
their toxins into the air.
So why look to bamboo to save the environment? Bamboo is an
excellent replacement product for much of the hardwood species
that are being harvested in our global equatorial rainforests.
Once harvested, these hardwood species often never grow back due
to the thin layers of soil and lack of sunlight under the jungle
canopies, and if they do grow back it can take up to 200 years!
Our global rainforests are the lungs of our planet and provide a
significant contribution to our global oxygen production, second
only to the ocean.
By selecting bamboo flooring you reduce the consumption demand
for rainforest hardwood materials, and in the process help save
to the environment for our future generations. For more
information and tips on bamboo flooring visit:

In order to run a successful eBay or online store business, you
need a quality product.
But the one problem with trying to find a wholesale or
dropshipping product is the prevalence of scams. As a result,
many people risk getting ripped off by websites that offer bogus
merchandise.
So before you go out and try to find a product at a wholesale
discount, you should follow a few simple rules. When you are
looking at a wholesale source, you should look for:
* A large selection of items that can be easily sold * Companies
that have full contact information listed on their website *
Websites that are updated at least once a week * A refund policy
if you are not satisfied with their listings
While you are researching different wholesale sources, you
should decide on how you will be handling your merchandise.
Basically you have to decide if you will purchase wholesale
products upfront or arrange for a dropshipping agreement. Each
choice has its own set of advantages or disadvantages. Let’s
explore both choices…
When you purchase wholesale sources upfront, there are a few
advantages. The best part is that you can have absolute control
of your merchandise. You can avoid the risk of offering products
that are not instock or available for shipping. In addition,
with wholesale products you have a better chance of finding a
wider selection of goods.
The disadvantage of purchasing wholesale sources is you have to
spend money on merchandise that might not sell. So if you aren’t
sure about a product, then it’s a risk to purchase goods.
With dropshipping there is a major advantage- you don’t have to
make any upfront purchases. This is a great solution for people
that don’t know what to should sell. All you have to do is offer
your product. When it sells, you send an email to the drop
shipping company and they will ship it for you
But as mentioned before, it is often difficult to find the
perfect item to resell. So you might have a bit of difficulty
discovering the an item that is in high demand and will have a
dropshipping agreement.
Whichever solution you decide to pick, one of the best places to
purchase is from World Wide Brands.
Created by eBay Radio Host Chris Malta, WorldWide Brands is
considered by many to be the best source for discovering drop
shipping and wholesale sources. The researchers at this site
make every effort to discover legitimate wholesale sources.
In fact, this source is the only wholesale and dropshipping
product that is officially certified by eBay.

Although health and healing are the common goals of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and allopathic medicine, their ideas on the etiology of disease, disease itself and the process used to regain health are decidedly different. The allopathic physician learns that disease must be cured by prescribing medicine, which kills bacteria or renders a virus ineffective; at times surgical intervention is a necessity.
There is nothing inherently wrong with this approach. It often works. The question worth exploring is why TCM succeeds where allopathic medicine fails? What is the mechanism of action of acupuncture and herbal medicine, which results in palliation or cure that is not manifest in biomedicine?
Though the goal of TCM is to cure a patient, the doctor of TCM attempts to do this not by treating the disease but rather by treating the whole person, taking into account the various attributes of an individual which, when combined, account for an individual being sick or healthy. A person, according to the tenets of TCM is more than their pathology. While treating the pathology may yield impressive results, they are commonly temporary.
A person is not, according to TCM, represented solely by his or her illness, but by the accumulation of every human interaction engaged in from the moment of birth, including the values of and the culture from which the individual develops. The emotional experiences, eating habits, work habits, work and living environment, personal habits and the social milieu are factors that contribute to disease and are factors which, when modified appropriately may lead to regained health.
Though the Western scientific community has not, to date, arrived at a methodology to use in research of Chinese medicine, the veracity and efficaciousness of this medical modality is nonetheless proved by its long history of continued success. More than a quarter of the world’s population regularly uses TCM as part of their health care regimen. Chinese medicine is the only form of classical medicine, which is regularly and continuously used outside of its country of origin.
THE FOUR EXAMINATIONS
The ‘Four Examinations’ is a method of diagnosis which dates back over three thousand years. Observing, Listening and Smelling (Listening and Smelling are counted as one of the Four Examinations), Questioning and Palpating make up the ‘Four Examinations’. This method of diagnosis is far from simplistic, allowing the practitioner to arrive at a differential diagnosis.
Each of the “Four Examinations” can take years to master, and while these diagnostic tools are not replacements for that which Western medicine can provide in analyzing and treating disease, they have the ability to offer information which, when understood in the context of TCM, provides additional opportunities in mapping out patterns of disease and arriving at greater treatment success.
The doctor of TCM must approach a patient with a clear and calm mind, without a preconceived diagnosis and etiology. This mind-set will enable the practitioner to yield clinical gems which are clues about the individual who sits before us! This is the stuff of TCM.
The subjective, interpretive and objective evidence of an individual obtained via the ‘Four Examinations’ leads to the discovery of the etiology of disease while concomitantly opening a window to the ‘Whole Person”, thus revealing where in the individual’s life the pathogenesis started and what initiated it. The practitioner of TCM must utilize his own interpretive skills, which takes into consideration what is verbalized by the patient and what is observed, while considering what the patient does not verbalize as well. Often, that which is not said can be as clinically enlightening as the information which is freely provided. The tone of the voice, the complexion, the condition of the eyes (in TCM, the Shen or spirt of an individual is said to be revealed through their eyes. Who can deny the clinical efficacy of this? Is there a different expression revealed through the eyes of a clinically depressed individual than from those of a happy, well adjusted one?), the facial expression, the overall demeanor, how one walks, sits, and stands are all observed and utilized by the doctor of Chinese medicine as part of the information required to arrive at a differential diagnosis. The doctor must be able to note and sense inconsistencies in an individual that are expressed by the patient even without the patient being cognizant of the chasms which exist between what they verbally express and what their spiritual presentation divulges. The sensitivity to and awareness of these human idiosyncrasies enables the TCM doctor to develop an understanding of who the patient is even before the ‘main complaint’ is discussed.
Proper treatment in TCM is more than the elimination of pathological processes. In addition to attacking a pathological factor(s), it is the responsibility of the TCM doctor to support the individual in his or her goal of achieving overall health which includes aspects of physical-psycho-emotional and spiritual health. This paradigmatic approach is an inexorable part of the process of healing. Without it, we are merely chasing the sickness and forgetting about the patient. With this approach, the patient is seen as a whole person, representing the sum of a lifetime of experiences if you will, not just an embodiment of pathology.
Pathologies are guests (and we hope temporary ones!) in a home which serves as a gracious host - our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. TCM first is concerned with strengthening the immune function which includes homeostasis of the physical, emotional and spiritual attributes of the patient, so as to be able to assist the patient in his or her endeavor to do battle and destroy the enemy at the gates (or inside them). When people are chronically exhausted from lack of sleep resulting from anxiety or depression, they can become chronically sick as a result of a lowered immune system.
In TCM the point of departure from Western medicine is not to view the acute presentation (called “the branch” in TCM) as primary, but to treat the etiology (called “the root” in TCM) which is the anxiety and depression which causes the insomnia then facilitating exhaustion and lowering the immune function which can lead to chronic illness.
So, rather than prescribing antibiotics repeatedly, we might address the patient’s anxiety/depression syndrome or refer them out to a psychotherapist for appropriate intervention while simultaneously providing treatment.
In Part II we’ll look at the mechanisms of action in infertility.

With renting methods such as online DVD rental and pay-per-view, it seems almost old-fashioned to go to the
rental store. But with all the different ways to get the latest
movies, which way is the best? Well, that depends on what is
important to you. Here are some of the different ways you can
get the latest movies and the pros and cons of each.
Going to the Rental Store
I guess it is like they say, sometimes you can’t teach an old
dog new tricks. It is hard to change from the old ways,
especially when they work fairly well. If you want to see a
movie, there is always a rental store nearby that should have it
available. You are allowed to keep it for a couple of days for a
price of around $4.00. However, if that movie is late, you have
to expect some horrendous late fees (they usually will charge
you an additional $4.00 as if you were renting the movie a
second time; this gives you a couple of days to turn the movie
again before they charge you again). For those who cannot change
there ways, renting from a store is not a bad way to go, but you
should at least check out the other possibilities, such as the
online DVD rental system or pay-per-view, and see what they have
to offer.
Online DVD Rental
The newer system of online DVD rental has its upsides and downsides. This
system is for avid movie fans. In this system you usually do not
pay for each DVD but instead pay a monthly fee for the DVD
delivery service. With some plans as low as $9.99 a month with
no late fees, you can get about any DVD delivered to your door
in one business day. When you are done with that DVD, you simply
send it back to receive another. This can be done as many times
as you want in one month; however, there is usually a limit of
how many DVDs you can have in your possession at one time
(depending on how expensive your monthly plan is).
The biggest issue with online DVD rental is the waiting. You
have to plan at least one day in advance what movie you want to
watch which means no Friday late night movie runs. Also, you
have to be renting at least 2-3 movies a month to make it more
valuable then renting at your local movie store. If you watch a
lot of movies and do not mind the wait, the online DVD rental
system may not be a bad option for you.
Pay-Per-View
Pay-per-view has the “right now” benefit that the online
DVD rental system does not have. With pay-per-view, whenever you
decide you want to watch a movie, you just order it, sit down
and watch it. Another benefit with pay-per-view is that you
don’t have to worry about scratched or skipping DVDs. Companies
such as I-Satellite offer 33 pay-per-view channels and 13 sports
pay-per-view channels with prices as low as $1.99 to watch a
movie. This is definitely a more simplistic way of doing things.
However, it can start the money can start to add up if you are
an avid movie watcher. Also, with pay-per-view you do not get
access to the same “bonus features” that you get with the
DVD.
With the choices of renting movies from the store, online DVD
rentals, and pay-per-view it is definitely easy to get your
movie fix in one way or another. All three methods of getting
current blockbusters have their benefits and detriments in which
you will have to decide from. Personally, I like the convenience
of pay-per-view. No matter when I choose, I can sit down and
watch the movie of my choice from several pay-per-view channels
available. However, you will have to decide which method is best
for you.

As vice president of the American Credit Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families manage their debt, Mike Peterson knows firsthand how financial problems can wreak havoc in one’s life. Each day, counselors at the Midvale, Utah-based foundation help desperate clients dig themselves out from under piles of unpaid bills, stern notices from collection agencies and ominous foreclosure threats.
So, exactly what does it take to get—and stay—out of debt?
Here are 7 secrets that will help set you on the right path.
1. Cut Back on Credit Cards
Banks love to send offers for new credit cards to consumers, and mailboxes overflow with low-interest—even no-interest—“unbeatable deals.”
This doesn’t mean you should apply for them and risk running up large bills.
“Ideally, one should have no more than two or three credit cards,” Peterson says. “I would recommend a Visa or MasterCard, followed by an American Express card. Having two or three different cards will allow you more flexibility when utilizing credit, as some companies do not accept one or the other.”
2. Understand the Consequences of Breaking Rule #1
Even if you have excellent credit and zero debt, applying for too many credit cards can damage your credit rating.
“Generally, inquiries for new credit can affect your credit report for up to two years,” Peterson says. “Having too many credit cards—whether carrying balances or just high amounts of available credit—can negatively impact your credit score. Banks will look at your credit based on what you currently owe and also what ability you have to immediately incur additional debt.”
3. Stop the Spending
To minimize or avoid debt, monitor your monthly expenses—and halt spending when your budget starts to get tight.
“An additional reason to limit the number of credit cards you have is to prevent the possibility of not being able to keep track of all of the expenses you have incurred, which may make it difficult or impossible to pay them off each month,” Peterson says.
If you reach that point, he has one simple rule: “No more charging.”
“Commit now to discontinue the use of credit cards,” he says. “In fact, cut up the cards you have, call the companies, and close the accounts. If you must have a credit card for work, try a debit card. These are widely accepted, and the funds are pulled directly from your checking account.”
Don’t apply for another credit card until you can pay off all balances due and be 100% debt-free.
4. Pay More Than You Owe
Once you fully understand the monthly minimums you owe on each debt, add 5% or 10% to your total payment, if possible.
“The addition is not mandatory,” Peterson says, “but it will dramatically improve the success of your debt-reduction program.”
5. Stay the Course
Continue to pay 5% to 10% more on each debt until all debts are completely paid off. Even if your minimum payment requirements decrease as your debt diminishes, keep making the same payment, Peterson urges.
“And if one credit card is finally paid off, make the same total payment each month,” he says. “Just apply the extra funds to one of the other debts.”
6. Do the Math
Before you dig in your heels and say, “I just can’t do this,” it’s worthwhile to see how Peterson’s advice plays out in real dollars.
“If you owe $2,000 on a credit card with a 21% interest rate, and you make only the minimum payment each month, you will owe on this account for approximately 19 years—and pay a total of $6,725.64 in principal and interest,” he says. “The steps I’ve already discussed will help you pay off the debt in a fraction of the time. The emotional commitment to make this plan work may not be all that easy, but using this program—even without the additional 5% or 10%—will allow you to pay off the debt in about 8.5 years, and you will save approximately $2,387 in interest.”
7. Turn the Tables—and Start Earning Money
If you pay off your $2,000 debt in 8.5 years (versus 19 years of minimum payments), you will have 10.5 years to place that monthly minimum payment in an interest-bearing bank account, retirement account or other investment.
“Interest is a magical tool,” Peterson says. “Creditors use it to their advantage all the time. It can also work in your favor if properly implemented into the right program. If the steps mentioned above are taken, it won’t be long before interest is working for you, instead of against you.”

A diamond wedding ring represents one of the most important purchases you will make in your life. The right ring can make just the right impression with your bride, while also serving as the perfect expression of your love. But how can you make such an expensive purchase with confidence? By having a firm understanding of the 4 C’s of course, and we’re not talking bread crumbs. The 4 C’s of a diamond determine its overall value and eye appeal. In this article, we’ll break down these important details while giving you the tips for buying an expensive diamond wedding ring
If you are unfamiliar with the 4 C’s, they simply stand for a diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat. These four characteristics are the benchmarks by which all diamonds are measured, and having a solid understanding of them will make buying an expensive diamond wedding ring a lot easier. Before we get started though, it is recommended that you only buy from a reputable jeweler. This will work to your advantage in a couple of ways. 1) The jeweler will be able to further discuss the 4 C’s with you in a knowledgeable fashion and 2) you will be sure that you are receiving the highest quality diamond. So, let’s take a look at the first C – cut.
The cut of the diamond refers to just that – the manner in which the diamond was originally shaped. The cut of the diamond is arguably the most important factor to consider when choosing a ring. The reason for this is because a well cut diamond will perpetually reflect light and create a visually stunning effect. If a diamond is poorly cut, the diamond may not reach its full potential, and you will most likely be wasting your money. Always be sure your expensive diamond wedding ring is cut to perfection, regardless of its actual shape (round, oval, pear, square, etc).
The second C is color. You may assume that a diamond is white, and this is true to some extent. However, diamonds have different shades of white, and these shades are graded using a letter system from D to Z. Naturally, diamonds with colors graded in the first few letters (D-G) tend to be very rare and therefore very expensive. But that’s not to say that diamonds graded with higher numbers aren’t just as stunning. Remember, the four factors taken as a whole will make the ultimate determination.
The third C is clarity, and this refers to the often undistinguishable “imperfections” of a diamond. As you probably know, diamonds are formed in nature, so they most times have some sort of inconsistency. What you are looking for (and what a reputable jeweler can help you find) is a diamond that has the least amount of these marks. These diamonds will have high clarity grades, and these are the diamonds that will be most worth your money.
The fourth and final C is carat. The diamond’s carat refers to its weight and size. It is important for you to know that jewelers will refer to carats as points in the business. For example, even though a carat actually weighs .2 grams, a jeweler will refer to a carat as 100 points. This tip will keep you from getting confused when looking at diamond specifications.
You now possess the necessary tips for buying an expensive diamond wedding ring. In addition to choosing a high quality jeweler, your new found knowledge of the 4 C’s will ensure that you make a wise and beautiful wedding ring purchase.

A common question I am asked repeatedly is, “How much time does it take to become a successful trader?” Each time I give the same simple answer, “Do everything, which is needed to be successful that an unsuccessful person is not willing to do. You must strive to be the best you can be. You must create new ideas in order to be successful. You must have a burning desire to be successful. You must be persistent and never quit until you achieve the success you are looking for.” Are you willing to do that?
In reviewing the past ten years that I have been mentoring traders, the majority of traders that do not have the success they have been striving for, come to me continuously to seek out new trading methods and new trading systems. Most traders think the answer is external. But the answer for the majority is an understanding of the way we think and act, an internal answer.
What they fail to realize is self analysis is just as important as technical analysis. Repeating patterns occur on the charts just as repeating patterns occur within us! The problem is most traders fail to pay attention to the most important part of being a successful trader, our thought process while we trade. How many times have you been in a trade, which was working in your favor and you heard an inner voice say, “It’s not going to work.” You get out of the trade only to see it do what you had expected it to do when you first put on the trade. Or you are in a trade that is not working quickly enough, the market is trading close to your protective stop out point and that inner voice appears again saying, “It’s not going to work” and you exit the trade only to see the market move in the original direction you expected.
Trading can be frustrating, especially when you don’t understand and recognize your own self-defeating patterns. Once you become cognizant of bad habits, you can start improving them and eventually get rid of them. The first step is to see those patterns is to document your thoughts on paper. For each trade, write out the reason you’re placing the trade. Did it fit into your plans? Are you following your rules? Did you know ahead of time what your risk was? Did you know your exact protective stop out point? Did you have a profit point? Did you place your trade with confidence, or are you trading scared? Are you trading impulsively, or with discipline? Do you trade with patience, or consistently exit your trade before you give it a chance to work? The most important key of self analysis is writing your feelings at the time you place your trade.
These are questions you need answer. Becoming aware and understanding how you act while trading, is the key to successful trading. Mastering your emotions and learning to trade what you see and not what you believe is a key ingredient to any trader’s success. This is what trading in the zone is all about.
ARE YOU TRADING IN THE ZONE?
1. Be prepared! Know all key points ahead of time.
2. Be aware of Globex price action before day session opens.
3. Be aware of all news events ahead of open.
4. Be aware of all reports that will come out during the trading session.
5. Be aware of the current market trend.
6. Trade what you see, not what you believe.
7. Trade to win, not to lose.
Psychological components that need to be developed to be
Trading In the Zone
Goals: without goals you will be lost.
Daily Plan: without a daily plan of attack you are like a sailboat without a rudder in the ocean, you will just drift away.
Positive Attitude: you have to believe you can. You must have a positive attitude for everything you do. By having a positive attitude your productivity level increases.
Confidence: having a daily plan will help you become more confident. Take action expecting to succeed.
Action: without it nothing happens. Action creates confidence.
Control of the Mind: you must adjust to changing situations in which you have no control.
Wisdom: you must have wisdom and take action from what you have learned.
