Did you put off hosting teleseminars and building your business
dramatically this year? Make a resolution to start in 2006 and
begin increasing your company’s cash flow.
Here are 10 reasons to put teleseminars into your budget for
2006.
- Make money. You can make thousands of dollars
in registration fees depending on the size of your audience and
the topic’s importance. Great Teleseminars
Audio Production Studios, http://www.GreatTeleseminars.com
has several clients making six-figure incomes from teleseminars
over the course of one year. One recently made $30,000 in one
hour by offering the right topic at the right price to the right
audience.
- Beat your competition by improving your image and
building your name brand. By conducting teleseminars, you
will be perceived as a trusted expert, an innovator and a leader
within your field.
- Maintain contact with your clients with little time,
energy and financial investment. Isn’t it great to offer
your clients a seminar so they can learn your latest tactics,
techniques and breakthroughs? Some of my clients do teleseminars
for free just so they can build rapport and maintain good
relationships with clients.
- Prospecting. What could be a better way to
introduce yourself and your services to prospects than by
offering a free teleseminar jam packed with beneficial
information that show you at your best? You don’t have to fly
anywhereand they don’t have to drive anywhere. Nothing could be
simpler or cheaper since you can deliver the same message to
many people at one time - and still be personable.
- Slash customer support costs and increase customer
loyalty. You can do this easily by offering free
teleseminars on how to use your products and services
effectively.
- Create multiple streams of income by creating products
for future sales. Every teleseminar can be turned into a CD,
MP3 file, transcript and/or e-book to generate extra
income.
- Become newsworthy. Teleseminars give you a reason to
post press releases about the topic, the guest and the
information learned. Don’t overlook the chance to get your name
in print.
- Build your list. By offering people on your list a
great event, they’ll tell their friends, so you’ll build your
database of prospects.
- Keep your marketing team busy with a project that is easy
to do every month. Once you get the mechanics in place, you
can do teleseminars every month with ease.
- Teleseminars are cheaper and easier than webinars by a
factor of at least 10 to 1. Check out Great Teleseminars
low prices at http://www.greatteleseminars.com or use our
conference lines for free for 100 people.
When you offer teleseminars, you make money, build your customer
loyalty and grow your business - for a very small investment.
Wouldn’t that be a great resolution for the new year?

Have been to your sites and seen the little “DONATE” button. Are you cyber-begging?
You see, many of you shun the entrepreneurial types. They must be after money, and either you won’t give it to them, or you have to, because they have something you want…, and you may not even like them.
By the same token, you enslave yourselves to Google’s adsense, making your blog overcrowded with other people’s calls for your visitors bucks, whether qualified or not, and giving them an immediate exit from your contents in order to WHAT? To become part of Google’s FedEx club (Paychecks of $10,000 delivered to the door).
So there, you install that little “Donate” button on your own site, wait and hope… for MONEY; isn’t that what you are doing?
Two days ago, I have been accused of having a fake blog, being called a splogger by ‘fellows’ from the WP forum (podz Support Maven; mikep Member), who preferred to call me names rather than answering a help request of mine “Why my images do not show on the links in WP, with URLs qualified”. However, my blog supplies any visitor with carefully chosen and sometimes priceless information. If I get a commission, I eat, and then I can continue researching on behalf of any blogger’s time and money savings, investing my valuable time; something you won’t have to do.
In the process, I have also helped the visitor who did otherwise not know about the software, the innovator who thought it out and has to be remunerated for it, and the payment processor, affiliate system provider providing the bandwidth. In short, my action was a 4-fold benefit, apart from the fact that it brought a DIRECT result for my activity.
Did your source (maker, creator) give you your brain to hope and wait, or to have an idea that compels your site visitors to hand over their buck right now? Are you in charge of who’s right and who’s wrong, or supposed to be a fellow human?
I find that many people with active online presence are extremely judgmental, policing others. They seem to be unaware that EVERYTHING one thinks, says, or does backfires on oneself like knocking ones own head with a hammer. Will they, someday, get it that one cannot hurt another, for what’s supposedly ‘wrong’ with the other is a REFLECTION of God’s (your inner) image?
So, they keep smashing the mirror, and for some reason, the person, or cause of reflecting what bothers doesn’t go away…
All this has been answered by a strong, silent type, a man of few words, Jesus The Christ. He did not tell us to sit, wait and hope, but to be profitable, take oil in the lamp, ask, seek and knock – most importantly NOT to judge. He is not a weird eccentric in cloak and sandals, but the only being on earth with a 100% applied understanding of wisdom, and His instructions are SCIENTIFIC & exacting.
Regardless of whether you believe in wisdom (oil), or just remain ignorant of its practicality, entrepreneurship is when one desperately looks for answers until they are found, and NOT to sit on a “Throne” in the self-imposed spiritual basement.
I have also been to the How-to corporation’s forum, and found that the forum monitor ridicules his visitors… Good business?
My point is, if you want money, do something creative to get it. That’s ‘knocking’. BTW, money is a symbol for flow, or bottleneck in the mind.
Spiritual entrepreneurship differs from all else by having the best of humanity at heart and never deviating from it by listening to the ‘majority’, or through ‘democracy’ (same thing). Spiritual truth is based upon Theocracy, the authority of the highest, most abstract idea, put into practice and superseding everything else.
Only those, who ‘see & do’ (understand spiritual law & principle and enact it) can be great in the kingdom… What’s the kingdom? Find…
This was today’s hot air coming from an OiB.

With the growth of blogs of past several years many people have been jumping on the bandwagon trying to get a piece of that internet money pie. The Google Adsense has provided bloggers the opportunity to capitalize on the traffic generated at their websites and another industry has emerged often referred to as Adsense blogging. Adsense blogging is a great way to earn income online if done correctly.
When developing an Adsense blog one of your main focuses should be on the selection of profitable and targeted keywords, and then on developing informative and original content around those keywords. Keyword selection is not that difficult you just need to know where to look.
It’s important to create content around keywords that people search for. One free keyword tool that you can use to generate a list of keywords is GoodKeywords. This program will allow you to input a general keyword and then spit back a bundle of variations of that keyword or phrase.
When selecting a keyword phrase to use don’t go for the one with the highest number of searches as those keywords are highly competitive. Shoot for the keywords that are lower on the list as those will give a better chance for getting on the first page when someone searches for that particular phrase.
Once you have selected a keyword you wish to develop content around start creating your own variations of that keyword by adding additional words or phrases to it. This will ensure that you are highly optimized for that particular phrase.
Once you’re done developing your list of keywords, come up with a list of titles for each of those phrases and start writing. The selection of keywords is crucial in order to maximize your Adsense blogging efforts so don’t take this advice lightly. Do your research and happy blogging!

Depending on who you ask, blogging has become either the web’s great equalizer or the next spam. You don’t have to be a whiz at any fancy scripting languages or know what “” means to have a blog. Although often associated with personal journals or as an extension of a discussion forum, blogs are easy ways for companies to connect internally: employee to employee, and externally: company to customer/client.
Although blogging is a comparatively young, its use is flourishing all over the web. Forrester Research reports that “online consumers who regularly read blogs increased from 2% in 2003 to 5% in 2004.”(1) Though this reported 2004 number is relatively small, just Google the word “blog” to get a real sense on how blogs have proliferated the web.(2)
Blogs are seen as unfiltered honesty, because of that visceral truth to their immediacy, opinions of bloggers are highly valued, but blogging is more than just opinions and updated “what I’m doing reports,” the best blogs blend both editorial opinion and passion on a given subject. So, how can blogs benefit your business? They can help create new way to connect with your clients/customers.
For example, if you’re a doctor attending a medical conference. While away from your practice, getting caught up with the newest and latest drug therapies and medical techniques you’re unable to connect with your patients. With blogs, you’ll be able to relate those incredible new treatments to your patients. In turn, they can read that post, comment to it and later call or email your practice to make an appointment.
Blogging creates a new way to relate to your business to others. It creates a two-way relationship with those reading your blogs each of you contributing to a common dialog. In the eyes of your blogging readership, this makes you accessible. Staying connected in this manner also strengthens existing relationships those patients, clients and colleagues.
Blogging is egalitarian; you don’t have to be a company CEO to get a message out. Blogging can be an effective workflow tool when used within an organization. Internal organization blogging (or dark blogging – blogging behind a firewall) can extend project discussions long after a meeting has adjourned, and keep track of discussion threads that project or various other important work topics.
Blogs compared to databases are cheap and compact:
“Instead of deluging in-boxes with email… or dropping twenty grand on some dreaded knowledge management system for ‘enterprise class corporate environments,’ businesses can install a blogging application behind the firewall for a couple hundred bucks or point employees to a free blogging provider and encourage to ‘do their thing.’”(3)
Not all company assets have to remain under lock and key. Sometimes you do want your digital assets to be a public announcement, and when you’re ready to do so, blogging can be a profoundly effective communications tool. Finding a balance between showing your company’s a public face and putting a human one to it, can be overwhelming, below are some resources to get you started:

Blogging Resources:
With any commercial company venture, blogging for your business should be well thought out and intelligently executed.

All marketers need traffic and lots of it to make profits. You
need increasing traffic on a daily basis but where are you going
to get this traffic from? One of the best sources is search
engine traffic. Consider using RSS as a marketing tool to
increase that traffic. The higher your ranking in the search
engines the better the chance of people finding your web site.
As simple as that. More traffic translates into more potential
sales. So how do you go about increasing your rankings in the
search engines? Pay particular attention to your keywords. Make
sure they are optimised for your target market. Remember also
that the search engines love constantly updated and fresh
content. Their spiders will revisit your pages regularly if your
content changes frequently.
Now updating your sites frequently can prove to be quite
daunting. It is very time consuming and can take a lot of work
searching for fresh content daily. Enter RSS, or Really Simple
Syndication to the rescue. Using RSS you can offer news updates,
known as feeds, which can be read through RSS reader
applications. It is a really useful and simple tool for internet
marketers.
Using RSS you can share information, news, updates etc with your
customers. Your messages will be displayed immediately using
your RSS feed. Your customers can then have access to the news
immediately. Using RSS in conjunction with your blog brings
about the best benefits.
Blogs should be utilised by internet marketers as a way of
generating traffic to their sites. If you are not using blogs
you are missing out on a great marketing resource. You can
easily publish your blog updates using an RSS feed. This saves
you a lot of time and effort, and the search engines love the
constant updates. Using RSS is a great way to promote your web
site and it is free for you to do so.
Making use of RSS in this way links your web site and blog
together and will result in increased traffic quite quickly. It
will also result in higher rankings for your sites. As a result
of this increased traffic you have an opportunity to increase
your profits. The search engine spiders will visit often as a
result of your constantly updated information and there really
is no easier way to increase your search engine rankings and
gain more traffic to your web site than using this simple
strategy. Start making use of RSS without delay and watch your
profits soar.

With an increasing number of businesses needing names for websites, owners of in-demand site names are becoming millionaires overnight.
For example, in March of 2006, the domain name Blue.com sold for $500,000. The site now includes links to adult sites and airfares. The seller, Amy Schrier, bought the site in 2002 for $65,000. In the United States, approximately one to two thousand people make their living buying and selling domain names.
Most of the vendors buy or register domain names, then develop the sites’ commercial value by adding content and links to increase marketability. It is an investment in virtual real estate.
Sales of 5,851 domain names generated 29 million dollars in 2005, almost twice as much as the year before. Investors seeing the potential for further increases are buying or investing in domain name companies. For example, in 2005 Highland Capital invested $20 million in YesDirect, a domain name company holding 600,000 names. YesDirect is developing content for the sites it holds.
There are even trade shows being hosted in Las Vegas to bring together domain name buyers and sellers. A recent Las Vegas trade fair attracted approximately 400 to 500 vendors and investors, twice the attendance compared to 2005. A large live auction at the fair generated $2.1 million in sales within three hours.
Online entrepreneur Gary Kreman earned $12 million in cash and stock in 2005 by selling Sex.com to Escom, an adult entertainment firm. The site Men.com was sold in 2003 for $1.3 million, a huge profit for its owner who paid $15,000 for the domain name in 1997.
Dozens of internet sites such as Afternic specialize in selling domain names for a commission, usually approximately 10% of the selling price. Some of the sites will list any domain name for whatever price the owner asks; others are more discriminating in the sites they will list, preferring single-word domain names rather than concatenated phrases.
The most valuable domain names are the .coms, followed by .net, .org and .biz. Single word websites are the most valuable, though not all single words will have the same high value. Concatenated phrases are slightly less valuable than single words, those with hyphens less than those without. Short words and phrases are also preferred. Not all words have the same commercial potential. For sellers unsure of the value of their site, most of the domain name resale sites have appraisal services available for between $15 to $30 per site examined.

Top 4 Reasons Why You Should Write Articles by Todd Taylor My
gift in life is not article writing, but I realize it as a
necessity for me when it comes to my real gift; spending money.
Communication is a necessary tool for all of our relationships.
Writing just happens to be one way of communication and when
learned to be used properly there are many great rewards to be
had. 1. You establish yourself as an industry expert. Let’s face
it, the power of the written word is strong. With several
articles under your pen, you begin to establish yourself as an
expert in your field. You, as the writer, get to choose the
direction of your industry and align the masses thinking with
your own. Your peers, prospects and customers will look to you
for your leadership and expertise. With that your value goes up
and half of your selling job is done. 2. Article writing builds
web site traffic. With the search algorithms as they are today,
it is imperative that your website is content driven. Writing
articles or blog entries on a regular basis keep your website
fresh with content and satisfy those Google Spiders! Imagine not
only being an industry expert, but your website is the first
found on the internet search engines all the while, leveraging
your new found industry expert status. 3. Writing articles can
be fun. Your articles are not only good for your business, but
they are also great for your brain. As I write this article my
mind is being worked and my creative thought patterns are
humming to life. With your new found creative outlet you will
find yourself mentally sharp in more situations, relaxed during
tough times and much more focused on the positive situations of
your life 4. Your influence is leveraged. Imagine that you write
a passion filled article about a topic you believe strongly
about and thousands of people read it each week. Just suppose
your impassioned article changes one of those reader’s lives and
you make a positive difference for them in their life. Now not
only are you an industry expert, but you are a life changer.
Give your passions credit; they can change much about our world
only if you share them by writing about them. Those four
benefits are only four out of probably a million. I picked those
because they touch upon personal, professional and
organizational benefits that leaders should be aware of and
learn that the practice of article writing will enhance your
life in many different areas. If you need a little help in
writing articles, try www.drivetraffictomywebsite.com. They have
a great tools for helping a novice such as myself.

You’ve finally created a blog and you’ve made your first post. Now how do you get people to actually read what you’re blogging about?
Here are some tips on promoting your blog.
1) Quality Content – Interesting content will keep your readership returning. Update your blog regularly. Googlebot, which is Google’s web-crawling robot loves content. The more you update your blog, the more frequent the search engine spiders will return to it.
2) Take part in forums that are related to blogging. Ask other bloggers for their opinion on your blog and take their suggestions to heart.
3) Publish an RSS/Atom/XML feed. If you’re using Blogger, you can turn on RSS feed by clicking on settings in your dashboard and then clicking on site feed and make sure that your settings are set to yes.
4) Carefully choose your subject titles, taking into consideration what other internet users may be searching for. Use keywords in your title. I suggest subscribing to wordtracker.com. Their report of the most popular searches is published each Tuesday and distributed to over 30,000 subscribers. Technorati.com, is a blog search engine that also lists the top search words. The more targeted your keywords are, the greater your return in search engines will be.
5) Involve yourself in commenting on other blogs. You can gain a loyal readership just by offering feedback to your fellow bloggers. The comment feature allows you to add a link back to your blog as well.
6) Be sure to include your blog address in forum signatures and in your email signature.
7) Submit your blog to directories. Submit your blog’s url to: technorati.com, daypop.com, blogdex.net and popdex.com
Write articles. Include a resource box in your article and submit it to article directories such as ezinearticles.com .
9) If you’re using blogging software such as Blogger, there is an option to notify the central blog update services such as weblogs.com whenever you’ve made a new entry to your blog. Make sure that this option is turned on! In blogger, click on publish in your dashboard and make sure that your settings are set to yes under notify weblogs. Alternatively, you can go to ping-o-matic.com and send out a ping each time you update your blog. This lets everyone know that you’ve just updated your blog.
10) Link to other blogs. Use services like blogrollingcom, which is similar to linking. Blogrolling allows you to maintain an updated list of your favorite blogs. But, don’t build a long blog roll of sites that you have no intention of returning to. There is nothing more annoying then visiting a blog that has a humongous blogroll.
Be patient, traffic doesn’t happen overnight. The best way that I’ve found to increase traffic is by getting to know people. Spend what free time that you have, reading blogs, leaving feedback and building friendships. Try to leave comments on the blogs that you visit as often as you can. While you are waiting for the traffic to come, just enjoy blogging. You’ll be improving your writing in the process. Eventually you’ll build a network of not just readers, but friends and loyal supporters. Blogging is not just about marketing; it’s about creating lasting relationships.

Every self publisher should know that the reason why a Mr-Nice-guy image doesn’t sell is simply because it hardly rings true. This is the reason why blogs belonging to self publishers who are brutally honest in their posts are very popular.
Who does not want to read about the self publisher blogger housewife having an affair with her husband’s best friend? This is shockingly sick and bizarre behavior, but it happens in every day life and millions of housewives probably fight the temptation or urge to do the same while some simply don’t have the guts to dare follow through with their dangerous, unbridled inner passions.
All humans have a certain dark side we must constantly fight and keep from taking control of our lives. A self publisher simply being honest about that side can make a huge difference in the popularity of a blog. The perception created in the minds of readers about such a blogger rings true and is much more believable.
Armed with this information a self publisher can begin to work on the best-selling image that they want to build for themselves right from the posts they make at their blog or site. And they can do it one sentence at a time.
