I believe in every individual life there is at least one moment that sparks questions of truth. It is after this moment that all innocence is lost and new innocence is born, perhaps to be lost again. If we remain at that one moment of truth forever, then our truth is found; one with varying levels of denial that sustains us. I think all our relationships are built on this life force of truth. Even when faced with horrific trauma to the physical or spiritual, one is usually always, in those moments, their true self. Perhaps our horrors and atrocities happen only so we can be reminded of who we really are.
Humans must believe in something, if it be: mother nature, men, a man, a woman, numbers or words. It doesn’t matter because the emotion is the same. When you know something, you understand it. If you understand it, you understand yourself.
I think we have been yelling and praying for the same answer for quite some time. If you were alive in 1900, 1950 or 1994, the Internet would have been considered an impossibility, a miracle. Alas, the answer has once again been right in front of our eyes. The problem is the Internet gave us hope and truth and they’re still there, they’ve just been touched by humans and in our sin, we have convoluted that truth. We’ve just been Internet babies, but life has matured me and I believe that truth can and must be easy to understand.
A former computer professor turned writer, Patti Pacifico, has combined elements of film, music, and publishing to create the world’s first digi-tome, “life”. From losing everything, she learned to hear her creativity and search for those interested in a different way of learning and beautiful way of living.

We have all experienced the blowing winds of disappointment, despair and heartbreak. Why, then, would each of us, in our own individual ship of life, all beginning at the same point, with the same intended destination in mind, arrive at such different places at the end of the journey? Have we not all been blown by the winds of circumstances and buffeted by the turbulent storms of discontent?
What guides us to different destinations in life is determined by the way we have chosen to set our sail. The way that each of us thinks makes the major difference in where each of us arrive. The major difference is the set of the sail.
The same circumstances happen to us all. We have disappointments and challenges. We all have reversals and those moments when, in spite of our best plans and efforts, things just seem to fall apart. Challenging circumstances are not events reserved for the poor, the uneducated or the destitute. The rich and the poor have marital problems. The rich and the poor have the same challenges that can lead to financial ruin and personal despair. In the final analysis, it is not what happens that determines the quality of our lives, it is what we choose to do when we have struggled to set the sail and then discover, after all of our efforts, that the wind has changed directions.
When the winds change, we must change. We must struggle to our feet once more and rest the sail in the manner that will steer us toward the destination of our own deliberate choosing. The set of the sail, how we think and how we respond, has a far greater capacity to destroy our lives than any challenges we face. How quickly and responsibly we react to adversity is far more important than the adversity itself. Once we discipline ourselves to understand this, we will finally and willingly conclude that the great challenge of life is to control the process of our thinking.
Learning to reset the sail with the changing winds rather than permitting ourselves to be blown in a direction we did not purposely choose requires the development of a whole new discipline. It involves going to work on establishing a powerful, personal philosophy that will help to influence in a positive way all that we do and that we think and decide. If we can succeed in this worthy endeavor, the result will be a change in the course of our income, lifestyle and relationships, and in how we feel about the things of value as well as the times of challenge. If we can alter the way we perceive, judge and decide upon the main issues of life, then we can dramatically change our lives.

She was just over knee-high standing next to me in the checkout line. I first saw her eyeing a display of candy as she followed her mother and brothers through the store.
When this little toddler gazed up at me with her big dark eyes and innocent expression, I couldn’t help but smile at her. Then, without hesitation, she gave me one of the widest, brightest, bubbly grins I had ever seen! Those dark innocent eyes came alive with an intense joy that warmed me from head to toe.
Her smile seemed to shout, “Hi! Isn’t it great to be alive together in such a neat place?”
Five years have passed since that exuberant knee-high smile. The picture remains as fresh in my mind as it was that afternoon. I wonder what this little girl would think if she knew that her smile painted an indelible picture in someone’s mind.
The simplest gifts are often the most precious gifts, and the gifts we have to share are many.
People have incredible talents, often undiscovered. They have the wisdom of experience, often unspoken. They have love that they need to share, often locked inside them. Moreover, all people need love and acceptance — no matter how stern and unyielding they appear on the surface.
Small acts of kindness speak in loud voices. They inspire hope where there was doubt. They bring comfort to those who are hurting. Sincere compliments remind others how valuable and special they are.
A kind gesture given to a stranger is an extremely powerful reminder that God shares love through his children. These priceless gifts inspire faith.
Encouraging words to a child are powerful emotional deposits of self-esteem. Meeting injustice with forgiveness and integrity sets an example that can point young lives in a positive direction. These are gifts with life-long effects more valuable than any amount of gold.
It has been said, “What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. They are scattered along life’s pathway, and the good they do is inconceivable.” No one can take these priceless gifts away.
The value of a gift is the unending love that continues to touch the lives of many. If the gift of a beautiful knee-high smile can paint a lasting picture, think of all the value contained in the precious gifts that you could share with someone today!

Tibetan singing bowls originated in the Himalayan regions of Tibet, Northern China, India, Bhutan, and Nepal. Historians are unable to pinpoint exactly when singing bowls came into being, but the technique to build similar instruments existed in Asia as long as 2,500 years ago. Some sources believe that singing bowls were first used in India 3,000 years ago, and in Tibet 1,000 years ago. It is believed that the “Bon” sect of shamans often used singing bowls in their rituals.
Singing bowls were originally comprised of five, seven, or nine different metals including gold, silver, mercury, copper, tin, and iron. Some also believe that meteorite was used in making the original bowls. But most bowls were made using five metals or less.
Today, singing bowls are often made by pouring metal into a cast. These singing bowls are smoother and are generally easier to play. There are also hand-hammered singing bowls on the market. Hand-hammered bowls are more difficult to play, and even though they are often passed off as old or antique, few of them are. Antique bowls are still around, but they are very rare and high-priced.
Playing a singing bowl is very simple, and you will be able to play most bowls in less than five minutes. Simply circle the stick around the outside of the bowl very slowly in a steady rhythm. You might have to circle for a while before you actually hear anything. You will begin to hear a slight hum, and this hum will increase as you continue circling the stick around the bowl.
Singing bowls are often used for meditation, and you can play your bowl while meditating yourself. You can also ask someone else to play the bowl while you are meditating. Singing bowls are often used in yoga classes as well. In a yoga class someone would sit in the class to play the bowl while the students go through the asanas. This is a nice addition to any yoga class, and is more soothing than the recorded music that many yoga classes use.
Singing bowls are wonderful to use in outside environments and for yourself at home. They are becoming more and more popular in the west, along with yoga and Buddhism. When you are not playing your singing bowl, it still serves as a beautiful decoration for your home. In Tibet singing bowls are often used for other purposes, such as offering bowls, as well as for playing.

The root of discord and violence between people and nations comes from our tendency to forget our humanity. We “forget” our true nature.
Violence is a “learned” behavior. We “learn” it from our environment. When we are born, we do not possess the tendency to violence. As we grow, we become driven by “reactions.” Our reactions are influenced by what we witness in our environment. We “copy” what we see. Therefore, violence and hatred are not natural to our essence.
As we grow older, we “buy” into the deception. We come to believe that violence is “OK” when “justified”. It is “OK” to kill for our beliefs or defending our “territory.” We have learned to “possess.” We “live to possess”. We like to possess things, people, land, animals, anything tangible and intangible. The more we possess, the more powerful over others we feel. Our society or community reinforces this “tendency”. Our worth is largely “measured” by the amount of our possessions. We feel validated.
Thus, around the world we find ourselves fighting, killing each other “defending” what we “possess”: our nationalism, religion, territory, and ideologies. We become slaves of our deception and desires. In the process, we lose ourselves, our humanity. We sacrifice our soul for lies! (How much better off we would be if we were to place as much zest pursuing wisdom, our self-growth or spiritual evolution as we place chasing our illusions and enhancing our bodies!)
Thus, driven by our illusions, we forget that those we attack blindly (other human beings of all ages) in the name of “a cause, belief or ideology” are as real as we are. They bleed, they grieve, and they have potential and dreams just like us. In sum, in many ways, they are extensions of our “selves” with their own uniqueness and role to play in this world. We deceive ourselves into thinking of them as our “enemy”, faceless, without history and soul, different from us. We label them, “Jews,” “Palestinians,” “Blacks,” “Whites,” “Muslims,” “Christians,” “Infidels,” and so on.
Some of the stupidity of it all is that we condemn one another mostly for traits beyond the individual’s control. We choose to ignore that we are born into a specific religion, ethnicity, country, race, gender, social or economic status! I am white only because I was born into the white race. Or, I am black because I was born into the black race. The same goes for my gender, national origin, and even religion! (Although the latter has become “optional,” another “power-driven” concept). However, before we are any of the above, we are human beings. Take all of the above away. What do you have? Human beings! That is what each and every one of us is first and foremost. That is the truth! Everything else is an illusion, a lie! What would happen if we were to eliminate the labels and see each other for what we really are: people?
I firmly believe that peace in the Middle East or nowhere else will never come as a result of political and religious “agreements” and strategies. Peace, I believe, can only be achieved from the “awakening to our humanity” by each and every individual, ordinary people, “caught in the middle” of the political and religious games and conflicts.
Peace can only be achieved by rejecting the illusion, the lie! By opponents getting together and taking off the blinders through sharing their humanity, their pain, their hopes and dreams, by learning from one another, comforting each other, crying and laughing together, forgiving one another, working together and making the decision to stop violence. Thus, honoring the memory of those who have died in the fight by deciding to relate and interact as human beings first and foremost, not “puppets” or “labels.”
Some Israelis and Palestinians are doing just that. They are meeting each other, as human beings and sharing the pain each one has endured by the loss of loved ones in the conflict; forgiving each other. They have stopped seeing each other as enemies, as a “Palestinian” and a “Jew”. Instead, they have broken free from the deception and have achieved wisdom and enlightenment realizing that first and foremost, they are human beings. Letting their humanity and compassion prevail! Your pain is not greater than my pain. Your loss is not greater than mine is. Your life is not more significant than mine and vice versa . . .
Violence only begets more violence just like hatred only breeds more hatred. It becomes a vicious cycle. It de-humanizes us. It causes us to lose our essence, corrupting our spirit, destroying our soul and everyone and everything around us! Violence and hatred, the deceptive “labeling and blindness” make us dead among the living. Every time we kill someone (or, condone violence) whether our target is a child or an adult, we kill ourselves, our humanity more and more. We bring pain and suffering to everyone who loved and cherished the life we took. Shame and despair to those who love and cherish us.
We become “disconnected” from our essence and blind to the fact that, whether we like it or not, we are all part of the whole, of a bigger picture. Just like each cell and organ in our body makes up our physical being, each one of us is an essential component of life. Just like each drop of water is part of the ocean, so are we part of the whole. As the great poet-philosopher John Donne once said, “No man is an island.” No one is “dispensable” . . . We are all indispensable! We were not born to be killing each other but to bring forth more life and safeguard its sanctity. Everything else, all our “excuses” and so-called “justification” for killing are deception.
Until each and every human being on earth understands that by harming others we are betraying ourselves and purpose, slapping our Creator on the face, annihilating our own, destroying our “selves” and what makes us “special”, “privileged” among other life forms, we will never have peace on earth.
I challenge you to experience your humanity for one day. Relate to everyone you encounter without any labels! See each individual as a human being only. Can you do it? Come back and tell us about your experience and how it felt for you.

One of the wisest things I’ve heard in a long time was spoken by someone who climbs walls for a living.
Yesterday I went indoor rock climbing for the first time with some co-workers. The rock climbing walls were about 4 or 5 stories high. Most of the hand and toeholds didn’t look that big; some of them were so small they looked like candy drops on cookies. But I thought it wouldn’t be too hard, since I lift weights at the gym every week. I had hiked (small) mountains, rafted for hours on a river, and even jumped out of an airplane once. A wall? No problem.
The first wall I went up was designated an intermediate climb. Around 3/4s of the way up, I couldn’t believe it – I got tired. It takes me over an hour to get tired of lifting weights, but climbing a wall? Less than five minutes. I eventually made it up (after resting on that wall for another five minutes).
For the second climb, I played it safe and chose the beginner climb - what they called a “confidence climb”. The trainer said, “It’s too easy for you.” (She obviously didn’t know how tired I was.) I said, “Are you kidding? I might not even make it.” I made it, but it was still a little tough near the top. I have no idea why they called it a confidence climb, since I felt drained of both energy and confidence. I didn’t think I had any strength left for a third climb, but I had 20 minutes left, so I gave it a try anyway. I got 2/3rds of the way up before I stalled. I tried 3 times to go higher, but failed. So I quit. I was just too tired. All my strength was gone.
As I was resting on the bench, a couple of kids came in with their father. They were no more than 10 years old. They chose the beginner wall, the one I just climbed. They went up like spiders. It took them two minutes. They did it without any fear, and almost without stopping. I pointed them out to my co-worker, and he said, “That’s nothing. See that other kid over there? She’s the daughter of one of the trainers. She can climb up any of these walls without a problem. Now she’s really amazing.” She looked 10 years old, too. How can people who are half as short and 1/3 my age climb up so fast?
So I asked a trainer nearby, “How come those kids can climb so well? Is it because they start out young?” And he said, “No, it’s not really about age or strength. Almost anybody can climb these walls. You just have to learn when and where to expend your energy. You have to know how to look at the wall and yourself, and learn which way up is the best for you. If you don’t learn how to do that, you’ll waste your energy in places where you shouldn’t. When that happens, you’ll get tired very quickly and fall.”
He was talking about climbing, but to me it felt like he was talking about life. I think this is a principle we can potentially apply in many areas of life. Anytime we start finding ourselves tired, perhaps it’s because we’ve misallocated our energies. Tiredness may not be just a result of working hard, but also a consequence of working inefficiently. Perhaps we’ve tried too hard and wasted our resources in certain places, when we should have rested instead, or given up and gone a different route. Instead of just working hard, maybe we need to learn how to work differently - and more wisely. Perhaps we try too hard to fight and overcome the walls in our lives, when instead we should work with them so that we can eventually climb above them.

It is an unfortunate reality that society has inadvertently categorized the natural abilities associated with bio-etheric energy as a form of entertainment.
Classifying skills such as precognitive event recognition alongside amusement attractions such as stage illusion have undermined the acknowledgement of etheric energy itself, impeding the acceptance of a wide spectrum of very natural, very real capabilities.
Why, then, are etheric-related abilities seemingly so rare? The answer is multidimensional.
Identifying Your Etheric Energy
All human beings have the ability to recognize, embrace, and utilize their bio-etheric energy, or the energy produced and emitted by all living organisms. Once harnessed, bio-etheric energy can allow a being to:
* Gain a broader, deeper perception of physical and/or emotional surroundings
* Achieve greater use of the brain’s traditional and extra-sensory functions
* Increase knowledge absorption by participating in conscious bio-etheric energy exchange
* Attain a working knowledge of etheric-related capabilities such as precognitive event recognition
The easiest analogy to recognizing etheric energy is that of electricity. Had mankind never harnessed the natural phenomena of electrical current, entire civilizations would have evolved in the absence of telephones, computers, televisions, and an array of other technologies that now seem second nature in our daily lives.
Though a closely integrated element of both individual and collective existence, bio-etheric energy and its uses have only begun to be identified and embraced by society. As we seek to become fully acquainted with this energy type, a new, yet common understanding of etheric energy and its properties has presented itself: the energy exists, and the ultimate question is how to make complete use of it.
Harnessing the Intangible
In seeking to gain a working comprehension of bio-etheric energy, one must be willing to adapt a new dimension of faith, both in self and in the Universe. Faith is a plain transition between the physical, and the etheric; the tangible, and intangible. In bridging the gap between science and the unexplained, faith allows for confident progression into new endeavors to gain additional understanding of the mind and body.
Because mastering the properties of bio-etheric energy includes the development of abilities or metaphysical advantages often regarded by society as paranormal, spontaneous occurrences of precognitive event recognition, remote viewing, telepathy, or other etheric-related abilities are commonly dismissed as subconscious “noise.” This misnomer can be attributed to the school of psychology, whereas the science of bio-etheric energy and its related properties are based in the field of physics.
From a physics perspective, bio-etheric energy can participate in the transfer or exchange of particle energy with other bio-etheric bearing life forms through an exchange of nanophotons, or energy particles smaller than that of ordinary photons.
In theory, nanophotons have the capacity to pass through solid matter and travel at speeds significantly greater than the speed of light, and are capable of transportation between predefined destinations through the fabric of space-time. The smallest building blocks of existence, nanophotons allow for the exchange of “information” between beings capable of utilizing the neural receptors responsible for decoding bio-etheric energy.
Brain Training
Harnessing bio-etheric energy and related abilities requires a focused effort to flex and exercise the frontal lobes, or the region of the brain associated with bio-etheric activity and interpretation. This “training” is similar to the efforts necessary to acquire control over equilibrium and motor functions when learning to walk. Later in life, frontal lobe development is analogous to learning to write with the opposite hand. Although a challenging task requiring determined effort, exercising the frontal lobes is necessary to stimulate the neural receptors responsible for interpreting bio-etheric energy.
There are a number of exercises designed for frontal lobe development, both basic and advanced, many of which are available on the Internet or in related texts. While most of these activities can be performed anywhere with little preparation, a quiet, comfortable atmosphere will provide the maximum result from each training session.
Frontal lobe exercises, such as meditation and memory retention activities, and even simplistic biochemical enhancements such as brainwave stimulators or incense will effectively stimulate the synaptic pathways and neural regions associated with etheric energy interpretation.
What to Expect
Increased stimulation of the frontal lobes will promote spontaneous etheric response. Contrary to preconceived opinion held by some individuals who have yet to achieve a strong working knowledge of the energy, increased etheric control will compliment, rather than complicate, traditional thought processes and mental activities, both voluntarily and involuntarily.
A few results of increased etheric control include:
* Knowledge is retrieved with greater accuracy and speed, with less effort
* Increased empathic ability, allowing for more precise interpretation of others’ emotions, intentions and honesty
* Advanced sense of self (right and wrong, patience, will power)
* Expanded problem-solving abilities, creativity, and cognitive comprehension skills
Recognizing the emotional and physical responses associated with controlled etheric activity will allow for increased control of bio-etheric abilities, long-term. Interpretation of etheric information has a distinct, unique flavor as compared to internal dialogue or imagination. Differentiation between these independent streams of neurological feedback will improve as focus on etheric activity improves.
It is important to note that abilities and skills associated of increased etheric control are not limited to more commonly discussed processes such as precognitive event recognition, remote viewing, or even telepathy. Just as advances in modern technology resulted from an increased understanding of the application of electricity, advanced etheric control will present new applications of the control to existing functions.
As you begin a program for increasing bio-etheric control, write down your etheric-related experiences as they become evident to you. Your abilities and their accuracy will notably increase over time. Recording your progress will provide tangible benchmarks for charting progressive development.
Advanced Techniques
Those with an existing or advanced comprehension of etheric energy will benefit most from direct employment of related abilities to maximize and increase identified potential. Recommended exercises for individuals with developed or expanded bio-etheric control include:
* Target- or beacon-based Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) sessions
* Precognitive forecasting activities, such as previewing playing card colors, suits, and numbers
* Precognitive event recognition
* Telepathy between parties with equal or greater skill
Both independently and as a collective, as we begin to explore and cultivate a complete understanding of bio-etheric energy, the potential for application of this energy to civilization is virtually limitless. Like any skill, development of etheric energy control requires a disciplined, focused effort to achieve notable results. Accomplishment of a thorough familiarity with bio-etheric energy and its purposes may enrich mankind in ways yet to be considered.

These Strategies are where separate intelligences are split off from the central stem of your Soul and are Archetypes created and used by the Hurt Inner Children.
Hurt Inner Children split off from the Central Soul personality when the person gets traumatised by the painful and corrupt actions of life.
These Hurt Inner Children flow in and out of your consciousness and it is these split personalities which use the Strategies like the Violator, the Poor Me and the Selfish Competitive Star in order to get the attention and the Love of everyone around them.
The problem is that these ego strategies always hurt the people around them. Eventually they stop working and the people around them throw them out. With ego strategies, if you are rich everyone puts up with them, their job depends on it, but no-one likes them.
Without someone pointing out the discrepancies in your behaviour, you probably will not notice them..
As Gurdjieff said, “The person that says I will get up early in the morning is not the same personality who throws the alarm clock out of the window!!.”
As the False Negative Emotions of Anger, Manicism, Seeking Sympathy and Attention, Depression and Fear are Eliminated, Emotional Integration with the Intelligence results in Willpower and the Power of Doing.
This higher functionality is the result of healing these Strategies!
The Interrogator Strategy
This one is always asking questions to get your attention. It is the forerunner of the Violator Strategy because it is so invasive.
The Interrogator does not want the answer, all it wants is your attention and your energy.
The Violator Strategy
Further than the interrogator and the star, this person uses powerful hurtful means to get your attention and energy. Verbal abuse, Physical abuse. Rape. A Violator needs the acquiescence of a Poor Me in order to create the energy sucking polarity he craves.
A good violator will use this technique to break blockages and generally test out your emotional state
One of my favourite Strategy Jokes…
Masochist, “Beat me, Beat me!”
Sadist, “NO!!!!”
Remember the Vampiric Strategy Sub-Personality does not care one jot about its host, YOU!!
The SELFISH COMPETITIVE STAR STRATEGY.
By asking questions or telling jokes. “Daddy, look, I got ten out of ten at school today!” There are many ways to be a star. But ask yourself why they are doing it? If all they want is attention. If they have no selfless inner purpose. Then this is just another selfish strategy, developed when they were a child, to gain your attention.
Further, in extremis the star becomes a jealous and vindictive tyrant. They try to destroy all competition.
As Gengis Khan said,- “It is not enough that I succeed, everyone else must fail.” These stars become surrounded by many poor me’s who need help so that the Star can be seen to be “Generous” and people who say “Yes”. These people will confirm you as a Star. They are no Competition, No Threat.
However if a Bad Star sees someone as competition, then they will try to destroy that person by saying bad things about them. Destroying their reputation and in extremis, killing them.
Stalin was said to be always asking if the people around him were geniuses. If he thought they were a genius, a threat to his ego and his power, then they would “disappear” and end up dead in a concentration camp, a Gulag in Siberia.
Stars always want to teach and never to learn. They are not good students, not respectful of the teacher or the teachings, always competing and thus never learning or just being.
Once the Star has been healed of all its negative energy on the Meditation Energy Enhancement Course, then it can become a Good Star!!
A Good Star encourages all people to become stars. It does not see anyone as competition because it understands that this world to evolve, it needs everyone to become a strong personality, evolved and creative.
Every Man and Woman is a STAR!!
All the inner child and its strategy cares about is to perform its robotic programmed function of gaining attention and love and energy from everyone around them. The Strategies of the Vampire.
However, to remove these sub-personalities completely, the more Advanced techniques of a Synthesis of Ancient Meditational Techniques are absolutely necessary:-
It needs an Ancient Advanced Synthesis of Effective Techniques for Gaining More Energy - Meditation, Shaktipat, Energy Circulation, The Kundalini Kriyas, The Five Elemental Paths Of The Chi Of Chinese Alchemical Taoism, The Grounding Of Negative Energies, V.I.T.R.I.O.L, The Art Card Of The Thoth Tarot, Access To Kundalini Energy, Strong Psychic Protection, Learn The Merkaba, Pyramid Protection, Power Tower Protection, Create The Antahkarana, Soul Fusion, Monadic Infusion, Logos Infusion. The Painless Removal Of Stress, Trauma And Negative Emotion
Leading onto the more advanced Techniques of The Karma Clearing Process.
Karma Cleaning Process, Learning how to clean The Karma From Past Lives, Future Life, Future Lifetimes, Integrating Soul Fragmentation And Retrieval of Inner Children, Selfish Ego Sub Personalites, Life Destroying Strategies, The Aloof, The Interrogator, The Violator, The Selfish Competitive Star, The Vamp Or Don Juan, The Pleaser, The Blamer, The Critic, The King, The Self Destructor, All The Destructive Vows From This And Past Lifetimes,.
Which results in The Creation Of Self Love, Love And Service.

The world has become a hectic place to live with fast food, fast cars and fast computers. Life moves at such a rapid pace that the elements that compose our lifestyles generate an abundance of stress that many do not know how to handle. One way to reduce stresses and create a more relaxed mind and a healthier body is through Transcendental Meditation.
The transcendental form of meditation is one in which the practitioner calms the mind in order to achieve a higher state of consciousness allowing for a greater flow of thought. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi founded Transcendental Meditation, often referred to as TM, in the late 1950’s.
The Maharishi decided to take his teachings on a world tour attracting many new people, even celebrities to take on this form of meditation. The long list of celebrities who have practiced Transcendental Meditation includes the likes of actress Heather Graham, Singer Mick Jagger, Director David Lynch, the late comedian Andy Kaufman and most notably, The Beatles.
Now what would attract such a long list of celebrities as well as over six million people to choose this form of meditation? Could it be the fact these people now live a peaceful more productive life? Could it be the vibrancy they feel day after day. Or, how about the increased stream of creativity attributed to transcendental meditation. Probably all of the above.
Transcendental Meditation not only improves your ability to focus but it stimulates creativity and works wonders for your physical health. It is proven that those engaged in regular practice of Transcendental Meditation have fewer medical problems than those who are not.
In fact, individuals in their mid-fifties who have taken on TM as their form of meditation have been known to have a biological age that is twenty years younger than their chronological age. You are now most likely wondering what it takes to learn the ways of Transcendental Meditation.
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has created a seven step process of learning the proper technique of TM which includes two lectures, a personal interview with a qualified Transcendental Meditation instructor and four days of practice.
After learning the proper methods of TM you meditate twice a day for twenty minutes each session. Advanced methods include yogic flying when your energy is channeled creating a lift of your body, kind of like a frog hopping. It has been said that when 1% of the world’s population is practicing yogic flying that a greater state of peace will be felt world wide.
The ultimate goal of Transcendental Meditation is peace. Peace within ones self and peace around the globe. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has begun to construct peace palaces in one hundred US cities with 3000 more being built around the world. Here the use of Transcendental Meditation to influence cities and communities to a more peaceful lifestyle.
As chaotic as this world may seem it could be possible to eliminate the negativity in the world through a greater understanding of your own consciousness and a deeper commitment to a harmonious life. I have found that through the practice of Transcendental Meditation that path is clearly paved. Are you ready for the journey?

About fifteen years ago I was rummaging through some old boxes in my basement when I discovered a stack of poems that I had written during my childhood. As I began reading, I discovered a long-forgotten world – one that sang with romance, adventure, and mystery. It was a world of princesses, heroes, and castles, where the princess was always rescued and the dragon always slain.
I felt an aching sense of loss. A part of me was packed away with these poems, neatly mummified in coffins of mediocrity. Somewhere along the way, my world had begun to shrink from one that sang with unlimited possibilities to one that conformed to narrow, predictable boundaries. Dream thieves had skulked into my heart and captured the inner visionary.
Most of us become prey to the dream thieves at one time or another. They infiltrate our hearts through failure and heartache, setbacks and tragedy, criticism, and pressure to conform to the status quo.
I had to make a decision that I was no longer willing to be held hostage by the dream thieves. Once I made that decision, I was launched on an adventure of discovery, transformation, and growth. Along the way, my inner dreamer awoke from slumber, shook off the grave clothes, and learned to dance again.
What about you? Do you have a passion that grips your heart, a clear sense of purpose for your life? Are you living your dream? Or have the dream thieves robbed you of your destiny?
You may think God didn’t give you a dream. But the Bible says that God has “called us with a holy calling, not according to our own works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the world began” (2 Tim. 1:9).
KEYS TO REACHING YOUR DREAMS
Intimacy with the Holy Spirit
Jesus said, “I am the Vine, you are the branches. If a man abides in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
Fruit must continually draw nourishment from the vine to grow. Likewise, we must remain intimately connected with Jesus to bear fruit and reach our purpose.
You can never truly know yourself – or your passions, dreams, and calling – without also intimately knowing God.
Also, the pathway of purpose is fraught with obstacles, setbacks, and demonic traps. As Frank A. Clark said, “If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.” To have the faith and wisdom to overcome these obstacles, you must continually fill yourself with the Word and the Holy Spirit.
Explore Your Passions
A calling is not something you choose; it is something you discover. And one of the truest evidences of a calling is having a passion for it.
“It is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you – energizing and creating in you the power and desire – both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.” Phil 2:13 AMP
God places desires in us to motivate, inspire, and equip us to fulfill our destiny. Ask yourself, What makes my heart sing? What produces a deep inner assurance that this is what I was born to do? What inspires creativity, ideas and vision?
Sometimes, God-inspired passions and dreams can be buried under the rubble of fears and brokenness. The Holy Spirit is the only One who can excavate these precious jewels from their hiding place. So pray for revelation. In Ephesians 1:18, Paul prayed that “the eyes or your heart would be enlightened.” Why? The Message paraphrase says, “to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes and focused and clear, so you can see exactly what he is calling you to do.”
Face Your Fears
Fear is the number one reason why many people never reach their dreams and purpose. No wonder the Bible has 366 verses of scripture that say fear not, or similar verses such as be bold, be strong and courageous, do not be anxious.
Courage is not the absence of fear; it is boldly obeying God despite feelings of fear and inadequacy. Each time you step out in faith despite fear, your faith and courage grow. Each step of obedience propels your further along your personal pathway of purpose.
Remember, the desire security and comfort will stand between you and your dreams. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. … You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
Choose Your Path
In “The Road Less Travelled,” the famous poet Robert Frost wrote, “Two roads diverged in a wood and I took the one less travelled by, and that has made all the difference.”
Each day we stand at the intersection of two paths – the path of mediocrity, and the path of purpose. Each day we must choose which way we will go.
The path of mediocrity is much easier, of course. Safe, wide, and predictable, it is the path of least resistance and the road most travelled.
The pathway of purpose, on the other hand, is often difficult, dangerous, and lonely. You will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone. Fears and doubts will emerge when you enter uncharted territory. Critics will mock you from without and discouragement will assail you from within.
But your life will also change in ways you never dared imagine! God will liberate your inner dreamer from captivity, ignite vision in your heart, and release you to soar into your destiny.
If you yearn to step out of your comfort zone and reach your dreams, get ready for the most exciting adventure of your life. You will never be the same!
